"Traditional Dream Theatre of the Zvook Tribe" takes you on a sonic journey through an imagined tribe - from no particular place.

Compositions ebb and flow into improvisation - a collective thunderclap of expression for and against tonality. There's inflections of jazz and world music throughout - but it can only truly be described as the music of the Zvook Tribe. By the end of the album you will begin to know and understand the attitude and dreams of this imaginary tribe.

Recorded in 9 hours in Alciston and Selmeston Village Hall, we embodied a collective forward facing idea:

"This album is an investigation of the sound that was being produced while recording the band with microphones and other equipment. It was completely process driven and we were playing music.

The “zvook tribe” does not exist. This album is a lie, a fairytale, a dream. We hope that this album makes you do and feel things you’ve never done or felt. We want to hold your hand through the process. Wow, you’re doing so well!

This album presents a unique truth and a call for something ubiqitious. This is esoteric music meant for everyone. The “zvook tribe” is real and you are all part of it. No one can live without making a sound. You can never die when music is your friend."
